Clear Landscaping is an experienced commercial snow removal and ice management company serving Central and Northern New Jersey. We provide commercial snow plowing, ice management and deicing, ADA sidewalk clearing, snow relocation, off-site hauling and certified reporting for office, retail, medical and industrial properties across 11 New Jersey counties, working through the storm rather than after it.

Why it matters

Your Property Stays Open

Keep your property open, safe and operational through every winter storm. Crews mobilize before the first inch, because waiting until snowfall stops is what closes properties.

Who this is for

Built for Properties That Can’t Afford Downtime.

Your property can’t shut down because it snowed. We plan, stage, clear, treat, inspect and document every storm — so roads, entrances, parking areas, loading zones and pedestrian routes stay safe and operational.

The difference

This Isn’t a Pickup-Truck Snow Operation.

Full-size loaders, box pushers, dedicated sidewalk machines and high-capacity spreaders — staged before the storm, not sourced during it.

01

Owned and maintained

Clear owns and maintains its commercial snow equipment. Nothing on your property depends on a rental yard once a storm has started.

02

Staged before the storm

Machines are positioned at strategic locations ahead of the event, not dispatched once the roads are already covered.

03

Material stocked in advance

Bulk de-icing material is secured before the season, so supply pressure during a severe storm is not your problem.

04

Depth for long events

Manpower and equipment depth to keep large commercial properties operating right through an extended storm.

Bulk salt & de-icing

We Don’t Run Out of Material.

A large stock of bulk and bagged de-icing material, backed by an extensive vendor network — so we are far less likely to run short during a severe or extended New Jersey storm.

  • Bulk and bagged material held in volume before the season starts
  • High-capacity salt trucks — Godzilla, King Kong and Megatron
  • Granular and liquid de-icing, plus anti-icing pre-treatment
  • An extensive vendor network standing behind our own reserves

About Clear Landscaping

Not a Landscaper With a Plow.

A dedicated commercial snow operation built for demanding properties — office campuses, shopping centers, medical facilities, warehouses and schools. The kind of sites where a closed entrance costs real money.

Heavy commercial equipment, trained crews, deep de-icing reserves and a written plan for every property. And you reach ownership directly, not a call center.

Clear Landscaping’s owner has been hands-on in snow, equipment and trucking since 1985 — founding and running one of New Jersey’s largest commercial snow organizations, coordinating hundreds of personnel and subcontractors through major storms. Clear Landscaping is deliberately different — the same planning, equipment and material depth, run as an owner-driven operation where the owner stays personally involved in your property.
